So I was having a hard time losing more weight, I went on another mini-vacay. I guess I totally shock my body, because I didn't workout and I ate ridiculously, (not like the old me would have, but definitely not like I do now) however I didn't gain ANY weight once again!!!!!! Since I've been back the weight is coming off so much easier now!!!!
So if you're stuck in a rut with your workout, either switch it up or just take a break! It's good to keep your body guessing:)
