I missed my 10am workout time because, to be completely honest, I was totally sleepy. I did not forfeit my workout all together. When I woke up I got right to it...after I drunk some water of course :) . It felt really good. 1.5miles at an 8.0 point incline and I intensified my walking a bit. Heavier arm movements had me really sweating and felling the burn from my neck to my hamstrings. Not to mention I burned about 250lbs according to my treadmill. While all of this may not show big in numbers it was a personal best for me.
Now on to more water, stretching, and a little lunch insha'allah.
