September 17th - What A Week!?!

Saturday, September 17, 2011

I'm not sure what time I'll be home from my photo shoot tonight, so I figured I should probably get my update done while I can.

Between parties, baby-sitting, and hospital visits, I've somehow managed to stay on track this week. My strength training hasn't been quite as strong this week as it was last week, but I will get it back on track. My cardio has been pretty good this week. The workouts have been shorter, but more intense since I started running again.

My big goal next week is to actually complete 3 days of my running training no matter what happens. I had planned to run last night and this morning, but after the day I had yesterday, my body hasn't wanted to cooperate.

For now, I'm off to finish getting everything ready for the wedding. I'm pretty anxious at the moment, though it's more from excitement than nerves. I will definitely be posting a couple of pictures on my blog next week after I've started editing. And there will be a link to my Sophisticated Snapshots Facebook page, which is where the majority will be able to be viewed. Thanks to everyone for the good lucks you've sent my way this week... I'll take all the luck I can get! :)

How is the running going? I am starting back on the C25k program after taking a few weeks off. I am trying to pick up where I left off, although it is going to take some work to get back to it!
