Hey SparkLoves, hope all is well.
This past week was pretty good since I recommitted and joined the RECKONING challenge at my gym where the person who loses the most body fat by XMas time wins over $1,000.00!!! I am determined to place 1,2, or 3 since second and third place earn a few months of a free gym membership which would also be a GREAT prize and help us save some money!
Here is this weeks recap:
Diet: 90% healthy and on track. I had dessert once this week (I allow myself dessert once during the week and once over the weekend!). I am proud of my resistance to overeat this week. I am still a work in progress in finding a calorie range and eating schedule that works best for me. But overall, I am really happy about how this week went.
Monday- 45 minute kickboxing class and 60 minute yoga class
Tuesday - I was lazy and we went to a friend's house for dinner. I skipped the gym, and felt guilty about it all night.
Wednesday - 60 Minute Kickboxing Class
Thursday - Rest Day (I have no time to exercise Thursdays since I work 10 hours and then go right to class for another 4 hours at night)
Friday - 45 Minute Body Pump Class
Tomorrow I am going to do some yoga and on Sunday my hubby and I are walking in a 5K for my work. It should be a nice and active weekend!
Goals for next week:
Water: 10+ glasses everyday!
Exercise: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
TRACK MY FOOD!!!
