Strengths this week: recognizing my limitations :) I have had no "wall" days with fitness this week!
Weakness: Eating...again. I'm falling back into the old habit of no breakfast, and I don't want to go backwards!! I'm still using the tracker and still focusing on nutrition, but I'm afraid that if I get too loosey goosey about it, I'm going to backslide all the way back to my old eating habits!
Goals for the coming week: Keep freggie consumption up, but try to focus a little more on the veggie part of "freggie". :)
