yayyy, 2 days in a row reached my water intake goal. I need to eat more & more often. I missed dnner last night but at least I did not stop at a fast food place for empty calories.

today I will reach water goal & eat at least 3x & walk 2 miles ........ I'll let you know how it goes

    So how did you do???

    I wish there was some secret formula for the water intake, but we each figure out what works for us. I discovered that once I get into the habit though, I can stay consistent. The hardest part was getting into the habit in the first place. You sound motivated though, so I have no doubt you'll find a way to make it work for you!

    And I totally agree with LRK4CHRIST, water is just so much EASIER... you don't have to think about it, and honestly now after several years of just water, I rarely even want anything else. It just gets to be a good habit.

    Yes! I know how you feel about the water. That use to be a struggle for me. But once I got the right bottle to fill and found ways how to save on purchasing water and using filter water, I got the hang of it. I've almost even stop completely drinking other drinks. I 95% of the time drink water. It's just better that way and you can control your calorie intake better when you don't have to think about the calorie intake of drinks even if they are healthy. Anywho...May u have good success!
