Why is it the minute we say to ourselves we are going to eat less chocolate or less of anything that we suddenly want it? I don't even like chocolate that much - only the really, really good stuff. Why? Why? Why? I need to start having some goals for myself - this week, starting today, my goal is going to be to stop thinking about good and bad foods and enjoy what I eat.
