Good Morning!

I started out my day with a new plan, breakfast first thing...usually I do not eat until after my morning work out around 9ish.

Today first thing I had some egg beaters, some greek yogurt and half of a power bagel with a peanut butter smear and a big glass of water.

My trainer emphasized yesterday again that my breakfast really needs to be my biggest meal and I have to feed my metabolism earlier in the day. So I'm a real creature of habit and usually fairly resistant to folding in new habits...so today's effort was the beginning of this new tweak.

Little sore in the shoulders and neck after doing super set dumbell work yesterday on shoulders.

Glad it's Friday....it's been a long week and deep inside there is a bratty kid that hates having a boss....just putting that out there. But I'm grateful to be gainfully employed and in the big picture even though I have some sometimes immature childish thoughts & feelings...I still behave like a responsible adult.

    When I was working with a trainer, we could always tell if I'd had enough nutrition---and hydration---in the morning. Can you tell a difference?
