I've been tracking my food this week. I've been exercising this week.
What have I discovered? Well, I discovered that once I get off my butt and do "Walk It Out" on the Wii, I keep going for much longer than I originally planned.
I discovered that even when I go over my calories by 250+, I'm still not eating as much as I was before I was tracking. That is scary.
I discovered that self-discipline is SO not my thing. But I'm learning to do it anyway.
I discovered that my friends commenting on my blog posts mean more to me than they know.
I discovered that I just might be able to do this.
