I FOUND SOMETHING THAT WORKS!!!
I got this package in Dec and by March i had lost 20lbs by JUST EATING. It teaches you how to eat based on your metabolism and what foods to avoid. I've learned 10 important aspects that work for TYPE A body types (Endomorph)
1) Milk makes you fat
2) Must include a lean protein when consuming carbs to help break the carbs down. My healthy carbs are: any potato and rice.
3) Must drink more than 99oz of water a day to help stay hydrated and expel fat. (consume at least 33oz by noon in order to meet goals)
4) Eat every 2hrs to keep the "fuel" aka metabolism working
5) Do not add any fats or sodium to food. Use natural spices instead.
6) Egg whites already have natural sodium within them so be cautious
7) Eat a "sweet fruit" in the afternoon to help return my blood sugar levels to normal. (I noticed when I missed this afternoon snack, I ate a bigger dinner or binged at night. I can eat any melon except for Watermelon (has too much sugar)
8) Red Meat isnt good for ENDOMORPHS. Takes too long to digest so our body will turn it into fat. Only eat Chicken, Turkey and Fish.
9) When I stay consistent, I lose .5/per 2days with no exercise. My eating plan calories are between 1100 - 1200 calories per day.
10) When eating out, you can request that added oils/fats/salts be eliminated from your plate. Portion control is very important. Eat from a SAUCER instead of a dinner plate.
