Fresh Avocado Salsa

Mild, not spicy - I used bell pepper instead of hot peppers.

15 Minutes to Prepare and Cook

1 avocado (Haas) (1/2 - 3/4 cup diced)
3 small red tomatoes (1.5 - 2 cups diced)
1 small sweet onion (3/4 - 1 cup diced)
1/2 bell pepper (1/2 - 3/4 cup diced)
3-4 Tbsp lime juice

Dice all produce and combine in a bowl with the lime juice. Add a dash or two of sea salt (I like the coarse style) and pepper.

Makes 9-10 half cup servings.
