Back to Weight Watchers, I think.

Well, I'm strongly considering re-joining Weight Watchers, to help me with the area of accountability. I lost 15 lbs. before with WW, and got to what was a really good weight for me at that time. Eating within the points system also led me to make healthy food choices a good part of the time.
I thought that my local meeting was tomorrow, but just looked it up and found that it's on Tuesdays. So if I start it will be next week. I think it might be the best option right now, as I just haven't been consistent at all with the self-imposed 'healthy diet' goal. Maybe it's at least in part because things are pretty stressful right now. But there's nothing like knowing that you need to stand on that scale every week and have that number written into the little book ... and it's so rewarding to see a number smaller than last week's!
I'll re-post next week to let you know if I proceeded with this idea...
