Bad weekends don't last forever

I didn't do well in eating or exercise over the weekend, but weekends don't last forever.

The last couple days have gone well--I did two of my 5K training workouts and a cross-training workout. Also staying within calorie limit better.

Each new day is a new chance to make healthy choices.
