So here we go....Im very frustrated with myself in these pictures (Lg top/med bottom) weight not changing. Involved in KB/TRX class 3 days a week with cardio at least once a week on off days. I hope something amazing occurs........


So i cant figure out how to rotate on the SP site....err...bare with me!

    Beachgirl, I'm sorry I missed this post last week but I see your update on the WMS team page Wow! You said there wasn't much progress, but there totally was! One inch off your waist, one off your hips and .5 off your arms is AMAZING!!

    One thing I've noticed is that the inches really do seem to come off everywhere except the part you most want it to go and if you compare other parts of your body near where you want the result, you will see changes, slowly working towards those troublesome spots. (in my case it's ABOVE the spare tyre I'd love to get rid of, but I can see the spare tyre is getting worried lol!!)

    The scale might not be saying what you want it to, but don't worry about that. The proof is in the pudding and the inches lost you see is the proof that you are doing great! emoticon emoticon

    hmmm.... sometimes you think you flipped them.. and they aren't

    so I would go back in the folder and see...

    but if you load it and it looks flipped on the computer... I don't know what to say ;p sorry

    I flipped them in the computer....but when i copied them into the page, they flipped back .......ERRRR. Something to practice i guess :)
