It's very exciting! So many of my friends/acquaintances are getting married! Later in life for all of us... and so much better. A couple of friends did a surprise wedding at what we all thought was a Big Ass Birthday Party! Other friends tied the knot in August and we will be doing it in Novemeber, then other friends in January! Wild!

But... for me right now, I only have 2 months (8.5 weeks or 60 days) to go! Yikes!! Need to get busy. can I lose that last 5 lbs in 8 weeks? Can I get everything done along with my busy work travel schedule?! Who knows! I'm sure it will happen... It will be a wild and crazy ride!

Next up... getting the ceremony planned and writing my vows... Making appts for doctors, dermatologist... Arranging fun stuff for fiance's birthday!! ordering all rentals (tables, chairs, linens, etc)... finishing up the music... finding someone to man the computer and music for us!!... get emails out to everyone on teh invite list to hook up with our website... make sure I have updated the website... that's enough for now...

Back to work!!

You're going to have a very busy 8 weeks! Have fun and don't sweat the details. The most imortant thing is for your and your fiance to have a wonderful day that you will remember for the rest of your life. (I know, because my DH and I married 9 years ago, at 62 and 59.)
