worked out this morning.

well i worked out again this morning. i did my situps too. feeling okay. it is a nice day with no clouds. i still weigh 156. it just will not budge. i lost an inch though from my waist. which is good. so i'm just losing inches and that is all i'm losing. well that is all for now.
