Sprained Ankle

Sprained my ankle almost 4 months ago, at the time it did not bother me at all. Less than a month later I took a break from exercise due to studies and a family situation. About 1 month ago, I started walkign and jogging again, and started to feel some pain in the ankle then remembered that i spained it in a step aerobics class one sleepy morning. Any recommendations on treatment, exercises... I am comfort eating again... not so good. Not at all.

    I would stop in and have the doctor take a look at it. (you probably already have the situation under control ...now that I look at the date of this...) I hope you have gotten back to your exercising! :-)
