Adding TRX to routine

So, I signed up for a TRX class at the YMCA prior to JE"s 12 week plan. I am trying to figure out how to manipulate Jamie's strength routine so TRX won't interfere. It's only a 7 week class. I think I am goint to have my 2 rest days on tues and thurs since my class is on wed. It's going to be a full body class. I hope I don't mess anything up. I did a TRX demo and boy, was I sore for days!
My eating has been going great. Still about 90% clean. It's the end of pay period and I am past my budget for food. Pay day is wed. I am running out of healthy options, especially veggies. I am sure 2 days won't hurt as long as I keep my portions under control. I have lots of good protein options. I only have spinach, zucchini and carrots left. My 2 kids are such veggie eaters (which is great) but it breaks my budget!
Today, I had a bite of my daughters cookie and I ate Annie's Organic mac n cheese for dinner, about 3/4 cup. I put a tsp of sugar in my coffee. Not too bad though.
