Although I will continue with my experiment until Thursday, I decided to start tracking my food this past Sunday. I was astonished by just how many calories I am taking in. When I calculated what I though was a healthy salad for lunch it came up to a whopping 600+ calories. The same for my breakfast of eggs, meat substitute patties, and hash browns. Either I have a really distorted view of what is healthy or my portions are way off. Either way I see I am going to have to make some serious changes.
