Ok! So I know that I am having eight caffeine headaches or sugar headaches cause I have really cut back on both. What can I take naturally to get rid of them they are more like migraines? I know they are compleatly normal cause every weight loss success story I have read say then have headaches after giving up something they are used to. So today started off good too! I walked for 20 minutes pushing my dear Madi who said she was so board and wanted to walk beside me but I didn't want to mess up my pace. We walked 7 times around my pool so we walked 7/10 of a mile almost a mile but not quite. I drank my protein smoothie but Madi wanted cereal this morning. OH! Speaking of cereal, I always forget what lap I am on so I put 10 of her cherios in my cup holder and when I would come around to my starting spot I would throw one out so I would know and when I got done I had 3 left so I know I walked 7 times around lol just a little something to help me keep track!!!
