Getting back on track

It has been a while since I have written here. I have been holding steady on the weight loss for the last year or so. I would like to lose about another 25 to 30 pounds but it just hasn't been happening. I have been slacking in tracking my intake and excercise. Getting the excercise done isn't a problem just tracking it. I make it to the local YMCA Mon-Fri at noon almost every week. My biggest problem has been watching what I eat. Lately everything that I see looks and sounds good. And this last two years has been busy. Had a new sone two years ago at the same time I was taking an EMT class for my local fire department that I have been on for 12 years. A year ago my wife was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and had her thyroid removed and had radiation treatments. She is going in this week for a follow up body scan just to check and make sure that everything is still clear. Hopefully in the next year things will slow down just bit.
