Well, tomorrow I'm off to Europe for a month. Taking my eating plan with me, not sure how that will go, but I'm going to be optimistic about it. They have the most fantastic hiking trails all over the place and that is my passion. Hoping that the feet will hold out. The pustular psoriasis medication (Humira) is not coming with me so will see how that goes. I will be staying in Schopfheim which is 15 minutes from the Swiss and French border. Will be doing bus and train tours. Yes, I am excited. WooHoo!! Bless you all
