Weekend 1: SMORE Challenge (Sunday)

Sweat - 5 points for each 15 minutes of cardio (20pt. max)

Munch your freggies - 5 points a day for 5 SERVINGS OF FREGGIES (all or nothing)

Organize - set goals, make menus for the week, make a healthy shopping list, organize a cabinet inyour kitchen, etc - 5 points (only 1 project a day limit)

Rest - 5 points for getting in 7-8 hours of sleep

Exercise - strength training - 1 body area per day (upper, lower, abs) 5 points per set of 15 reps (20 pt max)

S= 20 (2 60 minute walks)
M= 0 (did not get the full 5 servings today...only had 3)
O= 5 (finished cleaning the refrigerator and reorganized the kitchen)
R= 0 (11 pm - 2:30 am; 3:30 am - 5 am)
E= 15 (arms - could only do 3 sets)

    Lol HOPE2011. It was starting to look like Hoarders Central in there. I live in a way too small apartment for all of our stuff. My husband, 2 children, and I are all living in a 1 bedroom apartment as this is all I can afford right now. So I went through everything today and got rid of a lot of garbage that was NOT needed for anything. Tomorrow's project after work?? The bedroom, lol. Can hardly hold back the anticipation, haha.
