Progress and Remembrance.

It's been a good week. I mostly stayed at the lower range of my calorie goals, I exercised, and I am still tobacco free. I am down 1.2 lbs. That makes a total of 16.2 lbs since I started. emoticon emoticon
Today is the anniversary of a day that changed many lives. I send Blessings to everyone who lost some one that day, may your loved ones live forever in the hearts and memories of all who knew then. My utmost gratitude to first responders everywhere. That day showed us what you are all made of, the sacrifice you are willing to make. To everyone, don't let hate and prejudice rule your life. It gives power to those who would strike at us. emoticon

    Congrats on your weight loss that is awesome. You are very inspiring and I appreciate that. Also thank you for leaving comments on my blogs and helping me with the confidence that I need to keep going. I do have a question if maybe you could help. I was trying to change my starting weight cause I inputted it in wrong when I signed up and would like to update it. Do you know where I possibly could do that at? I would like to mark down the 4 lbs I have lost this week. I am so excited that I lost that amount already just by counting my calories.
