So the past few days have been a pretty good weekend. I did great friday with no slip ups, and yesterday had 2 peices of dark chocolate but considered one small treat out of 6 meals can't be too bad!! Today went pretty decent. Little like this...
830am= 5 egg whites, overnight oats with strawberries and 1 TBS flax. coffee
11:30= 4 pumpkin protein bars (sooo yum!!)
3:00 = 6oz chicken marinated in balsalmic vinigarette (yumm) over brown rice topped with broccoli.
Then at 5 I was dyying for chocolate so I had 2 peices of dark chocolate.
and then 1/4 cup birthday cake ice cream =/
The neices and nephews are here today so they were alll eating it. *sigh* no excuse. I'll work on my willpower. However, during the week i usually do awesome because i get home just in time for supper and because I get up early it's an early bed time!! So I'll be proud if the next 4 or 5 days I do great. I'm gonna work on being more positive! Afterall, I usta be the lean cuisine, or frozen dinner queen! So this eating clean is a big change and I should be proud.
6:15p.m. = 3 turkey meatballs made from lean ground turkey *No carb serving, I'll allow this slip to account for that. ughhhh!
9:15p.m. = cottage cheese or greek yogurt.
So I'm getting right back on track!!
As for week 3 workouts..
holy smokes! I'll admit...I didn't feel challenged the past 2 weeks. But I did like starting any weight program. I figured I'd be challenge once cardio hit. But oh no, my booty is STILL sore!!! I sure hope after 12 weeks it'll look great! haha I did back and biceps today. I felt alot of strain in my forearm so i may go lighter weight..yet I want to grow muscle. so I'm a little torn.
Lately though...I've been feeling sick. I don't know if it's when I don't eat "clean" because for the most part or what? It's been a few days now. Well I hope it stops..
So here's some questions.
-have you guys been feeling naucious at all? I read a girl who blogged today about it but I wasn't sure if it was only us.
-How do you keep temptation away? How do you remind yourself to stay committed? And do you feel hungrier on this plan?
-How are you liking week 3 or 4 if you're on it? What workouts hardest for you??
Thanks sparkfriends!! Stay strong! Remember your goals!
