I have no idea how to really set up a decent plan because I am not sure
what my goals should be, at least like the values of my goals. I know what a big
goal should be, though what are small ones ?

I think "goal" I WANT TO DATE A WOMAN and be "NORMAL" :)

I went to a concert last night and for the FIRST time in a decade. I was like
GRRRROWWWL BABY :) That felt AWESOME, not drowning in that carb coma
but OUT in the world.

    Anything small you need to achieve can be your short term goal.

    I managed mine at having a decent day at the weekend, a weekend day with NO messing up.... only one day, because Im still working on it... but that one day was my goal.

    And normal is SERIOUSLY over-rated *grins*
    Please dont become that!!!! *hugs*

    Set small goals. See my Thursday Goal Blog. I wanted to see how i would do if i SET goals for the day. And once i wrote down what i wanted to achieve for that day.... i did everything on it. Felt good. Actually think i should do it daily.

    My mom just started on this healthy journey last week. And she says to me " I see all these skinny women and i feel i need to be there now" I go mom, u have diabetes, high cholesterol, etc. If your not healthy on the inside whats the point on being "skinny". skinny is just the added benefit, but whats going on INSIDE your body is whats going to determine how long u LIVE.

    I also want to say people are way to judgemental and superficial. I wish all of us as americans werent. But ANY WOMEN who doesnt take the time to get to know the REAL you arent worth dating in the first place. Just saying :)
    And there is no such thing is normal. Why blend in when you can stand out :)
    What im trying to say is, your a good guy, and there is nothing wrong with "YOU", but i do worry about your HEALTH. Because if u dont get ur health in check, we could be losing a good guy sooner then later.

    So X, what is your goal for tonight..... drink 8 glasses of water? Walk for 10 min, u set the goal, and im gonna hold u to it. So what are they!
