My little experiment

So I am trying a little experiment. It began last week and I intend to carry it over into this week. My theory is that my diet is not play that big a factor in my weight issues. This is just a theory. So, to test my theory I am working out for two weeks without any changes to my diet. My experiment began on Wednesday, September 7th, 2011 with an initial weight of 248. I intend to weigh in again on Wednesday, September 14th, 2011 first thing in the morning to see if my theory holds water. On average I am doing 30 minutes of cardio 3 times per week. We'll see what comes of my little experiment. Does diet really hamper my progress?
