September 10th - My Week in Review

This week has been awesome. I've worked out everyday and feel great. My cardio is getting back on track with full force and my strength training is finally on schedule yesterday. I did take yesterday off from ST, but other than that, I've done it every day.

BLC17 starting up, along with several other new challenges kicking in, is really helping me to keep my motivation up again. The awesome weather has definitely helped, but I know I can't rely on that since the heat is on its way back in.

My strength this week have definitely been my workouts. And my water intake, which is rarely a problem.

My weakness this week has been getting in enough fruits and veggies. I have managed to get in 3 servings almost everyday. My goal for the weekend is 5 servings for the BLC weekend challenge.

Next week my plan is to keep sticking with my SP Training for the Trick or Treat Trot. Regardless of the weather, I don't want to be deterred now that I'm back on the right track.

Sorry I don't have any photos for this week's update like I normally do... it hasn't been a busy week as far as taking pictures goes. :)
