It has been an okay day I guess. I can't complain really. I got in a decent walk with the kids and an even better one by myself tonight by completing day 2 of my Trick or Treat Trot training. (WOW! Try saying that 5 times fast.)
Today was the first of what I'm sure will be a very emotional weekend as we look toward the 10th Anniversary of the 9/11 Attacks on the United States. It's hard to believe that it's already been 10 years since that fateful day when our country lost so many innocent lives. I hope everyone takes some time out of their day on Sunday to remember not only those who lost their lives on that day, but to remember those who have since lost their lives in the battle fighting for our country. You may not approve of the war, but you should always remember those who sacrifice for our freedoms everyday by putting their lives on the line.
