woke up to pain

I woke up to cramp all over my body today. I think i did to much with the workout. But I still going and today I did 20 min resistance band workout video some yoga pose. AS long as I keep working out a little a day I can do it. still waiting for my DVDs and yoga kit to come in hopefully some time next week. that all for today
