I did it! I got up and made myself start my day with working out and drinking water. Boy, I feel so good! It was not easy..there was a lot of opposition before me this morning but I did it anyway. Another thing I am doing is logging on to spark right after work out. This way I can track and monitor my progress immediately! Today is a good day and I am glad that I chose to take care of me 1st. I am building consistency to become a healthier me!!!
