MUNCH your freggies: 5 pts. per day for eating 5 servings of freggies (points are all or nothing)

ORGANIZE: Get ready for the challenge by setting goals, making menus for the
week, making a healthy shopping list, organizing a cabinet in your kitchen, etc 5 pts. per project (only 1 project per day)

REST: 5 pts. for getting in 7-8 hours sleep each night
Fri: 5 Sat: 5 Sun: 5 Mon: 5

EXERCISE: Strength training 1 body area per day (upper, lower, abs) alternate.
5pts. per each set of 15 reps (20 pt. max)
Fri: 0 Sat: 0 Sun: 0 Mon: 10

This challenge will run Friday through Monday. The REST portion only is Friday night through Monday night/Tuesday morning. Also, we know that we have some people who have to get up in the night...we get that. :) As long as you're back in bed within like 20 minutes, it's all good. Use good judgment on whether or not it should count
