Weekend 1: S'MORE Challenge (Friday)

My first weekend challenge with the BLC17. I printed out the template to help me keep track, but thought if I put it as a blog, I might hold myself more accountable. Each day until Monday night, I will add the new day and how well I did that particular day. Here goes:


Sweat - 5 points for each 15 minutes of cardio (20pt. max)

Munch your freggies - 5 points a day for 5 SERVINGS OF FREGGIES (all or nothing)

Organize - set goals, make menus for the week, make a healthy shopping list, organize a cabinet inyour kitchen, etc - 5 points (only 1 project a day limit)

Rest - 5 points for getting in 7-8 hours of sleep

Exercise - strength training - 1 body area per day (upper, lower, abs) 5 points per set of 15 reps (20 pt max)

S= 20 (one hour walk)
M= 5
O= 5 (went through Patty's clothes and gave away those that no longer fit...lots of bending to get them out of tote)
R= 5 (12 am - 9:15 am)
E= 10 (arms - could only do 2 sets)

The rest I will update tonight as I get them done. Go back to work today. I hope I am ready for this. Still a llittle sore, but not too bad I guess. It's mostly just anesthesia still stuck in there causing the pain now. Best way to get it out??? WALK IT OUT!!!!

    I've never heard of anesthesia causing pain. Did they ever call you in anything worthwhile? That's just crazy.
