Drinking water on the weekend is hard but once your body gets use to the "hydration", you will FEEL the difference when you aren't getting enough...I normally drink abt 12 cups a day (on average) and on the days when I am not getting enough, I show signs..(light headache, no energy, etc)...
What might help is to use your phone to set a reminder..like have it go off every hour to remind you to get a glass of water...yeah, sounds like a tedious task but it will help!!!!

Awwww...London is soooo cute! Definitely use the SP app! If it weren't for that I would be in big trouble, lol. Booooo to your 1.2 gain but I'm sure it will be off in no time. What helps me drink my water on the weekends is to fill up a big water bottle (holds 24ozs) and just keep that close by so I see it and I sip it. I stash it in my purse when i go out too so I always have it with me. I have a giant purse, lol. I try to finish at least two of them a day which is 6 cups. Then I only have 2 more to drink.
