What a day! I'm happy to say that I'm more than one week into the month and my workouts are going stronger than ever. I had a wrench thrown into my plans to walk tonight (again) but worked it out and still got 80 mins of cardio done today, plus my strength training is finished.

I started my SP Virtual 5K training today. :) It felt good to get running again, even if only 1 minute at a time. Daisha even went with me. I also finished the 3rds straight day of the Gold's Gym Cardio Workout and day 2 of the Downtownn Starter Fitness Plan. I didn't do quite as many extras today as yesterday, though I did a little extra. Today called for 35 jumping jacks and 15 crunches... I did 60 jumping jacks and 30 crunches.

Keiran was looking forward to going for a ride in his stroller tonight and was quite crabby when I told him we weren't going. I think, to make it up to him, we're going to go for a walk to the park and back tomorrow. Besides, I haven't had my camera out much this week so I want to get outdoors and shoot while we still have this cool weather.
