I ran over 8 miles this morning in 80 minutes. Felt good.
Hurried home and cleaned up for morning through lunch meeting. I didn't add the salad dressing, but there was already some on the romaine salad. I set the croutons aside. I did my best to scrape off the light breading and gravy. I ate my asparagus and salmon and a bit of rice pilaf. Passed up the bread, the cakes, pies, and chocolate candy favors. I love that they had fresh raspberries and blueberries as a dessert choice and I passed on the whipped cream.
Now I have a dinner tonight. I usually try not to eat out more than once a week, but here I have 2 meals out today. AND then I have a party later. I am committed to doing the best I can without feeling deprived. I feel pretty confident that I'll do okay. If I'm up a bit, I know I can get it back quickly!!
