I really wanted to turn off my alarm clock and go back to bed this morning. But thankfully, my dog was sitting by the front door barking his little head off at the invisible people outside. So I got up to calm him down ..... and I knew I needed to go to my spin class. So I did. And of course, like always happens, I had fun and was glad I went.
