It is so refreshing and i am proud of myself when i finish a 60 treadmill workout, i just love the versatility of treadmills, and i try to change it every time i workout on it, today after 20 min of uphill jog/walk cycles i challenged myself and put the incline on 9.0 and speed on 3.0 and spent 15 min charging up this neverending hill!!!! i was wipped! but felt great. and of course dinner tonight is calory ladened so i will just sample a few things. i am learning to eat veggies and chicken first and then i eat the bad things but by then i am getting full so i stop, i have even graduated to sharing desert ( and i love desert)t and really just savoring food. what a big difference that makes.
