Hello all, I pray you are all having a great week! I bet your wondering what I mean by phase one. I'm not starting all over again, actually I am mixing it up so my body doesn't know what I am going to do to it. Are there any fellow Walk off Weight buddies? Yes, you guessed it, I am doing the walk off weight program & I am starting phase 1 again. In this program there are 2 phases & you switch them every 6-8 weeks. Phase 1 is torture your body mode & phase 2 is relax a little mode & recoop from phase 1, well that's how I summarize it. Lol... So here is a look at what this week looks like:

Day 1: 45 minute Interval walk & 15 minutes of strength training (Lower body)
Day 2: 25 minute Toning walk
Day 3: 45 minute Interval walk & 15 minutes of core strengthening
Day 4: 25 minute Toning walk
Day 5: 45 Minute Interval walk & 15 minutes of lower body strengthening
Day 6: Long walk (1-2 hrs) & 15 minutes of core strengthening

Now you know why I said that it is torture your body mode. It usually takes my body 2-3 weeks to see results because first off, it is saying "ahhhh what are you doing to me," & second I tend to gain a lot of muscle during the first 2 weeks. So I will keep you posted on how it goes. So far I am doing great on my consistency this week, 3 days in a row, yay! Here's to 6 days this week!
