Life...The Rollercoaster

Wednesday, September 07, 2011

So my blood work came back...and my TSH levels are normal...normal...shouldn't i be happy about why did i cry...maybe because i have more symptoms of having they hypothyroidism that i have than i had when i was diagnosed....gggrrrr....i can't lose weight, my skin is dry, my hair is breaking, my scalp is a mess and i'm tired all the time... it took me 3 months to lose 1 lb....which of course i gained back the week i couldn't work out.... my only hope was that it was my levels...

And then we got dd2...she went to the doctor today...efaced now from 60% to 80% but still only 1 centimeter, where she has been at for 5 weeks... uhg!!! we are going to have to send her back to kindergarten when he turns school invetro... the doctor has finally said what i've been saying...he may just be too tomorrow she has yet another ultra sound... this one will take an hour and a half so they can measure baby and fluid level... if fluid level is too low, she has a c-section that night...if he's too big, probably the next night... but it looks like if both those are ok, tuesday evening she is getting induced... it's hard not to be grandson will really be here soon... but, at what cost... little momma may have to have surgery...yes, a common one...but just as dangerous as any...i am so excited...yet hesitant...scared...thrilled..
. we don't know what tomorrow will bring... nor in the manner in which it will get delivered... we do know that life is happening today...tonight... and tomorrow... the world still turns... and we wait...

WooHoo, I'm excited for you and your family. But, of course, you're having a rollercoaster of emotions with fear and joy at the forefront - soon .... soon .... soon .... you'll be holding baby Phillip in your arms and it will be all so worth it!!!

Thyroid problems are so difficult to deal with especially when you really want to lose weight. When you're doing your best, there's not much more you can do, but stay the course. On the positive side, you have to healthier in other areas because of the positive changes you continue to make. Hang in Kitty!!!

I know about the Thyroid, and all it entalls, be strong, the weight will come off, just more slowly than others who don't have this problem.
