BLC17 Starting Measurements and Goals

Current pant size: 22 to 24
- Hips: 61
- Bust: 49.5
- Belly: 51
- Waist: 43
- Thighs: 33.5
- Calves: 24
- Upper Arm: 20.5
- Lower Arm: 11.5
- Neck: 13.5
- Lose 25 lbs
- No processed food (including sugar!) for the entire 12 weeks
- No take-out, fast food, etc. for the entire 12 weeks
- Eating clean for the entire 12 weeks
- Track all my food, every day for the entire 12 weeks
- At least 10 minutes of fitness every day for the entire 12 weeks
Clean Eating: I am going to be starting cooler 1 next Wednesday because when I went shopping I was thinking clean but not cooler 1. Plus my friend currently has my book so I will have to steal it back from her. I think cooler 1 will help kick start my weight loss. I'm going to use it for two weeks and then switch over to cooler 2.
Workouts: I'm going to try to start EA Active 2 again. If I don't I at least want to have 10 minutes of fitness per day. Usually I can get good workouts in but struggle with food. This round I want to focus on food and set a small goal for fitness.
Thanksgiving: Thanksgiving is my only worry. The last few years we have been going out to eat, if that is the case I MIGHT be able to find something off the menu. If we have it here I will probably just make my own meal.
Overall: For the 12 weeks I want to be able to establish routines and habits that will help me after. Too often I say to myself that I can have a treat here and there. That one treat turns into twenty. Until I can control my food addiction I need to have stricter rules to help me stay focused.
