Are you getting complacent? Are your workouts routine? You know it's important to change things up so that your body doesn't get into a rut. Think about joining the Fall 5% Challenge (click on the link)
. It's filling up fast so don't miss out.

The Challenge will push you to do more, try something new, even learn something. When I joined the Summer 5% Challenge (which ends this Saturday) I also was sparked to join a 5K Your Way Challenge. I was intending to finish both challenges together but I'm a little behind in the 5K training. However, I am pushing myself to finish and to get points for my TeddyBear team by exercising and doing the lifestyle tasks.

I know this is helping me get closer to my goal of being fit. Join the Fall 5% Challenge; you'll make friends and reinforce your healthy lifestyle.
