Think Big

Tuesday, September 06, 2011

"Visualize what you want out of life & think big. Don't be afraid of what others think. That's their business not yours. Don't feel undeserving... You’re not doing anyone any favors by living small. Embrace these truths & step up. The world is waiting." Jillian Michaels

I am visualizing myself feeling comfortable in my life. Not just in my clothes but in my skin. I want to stay at one weight long enough to wear the same clothes for 2 seasons. I want to wear out my jeans, and my swimming suit. I have already been stepping way out of my comfort zone at the gym. I strut around in my swimming suit and really don't care what people think of me. I
DO deserve to have a happy, healthy, long life. I can do that by swimming and biking and sweating and eating wonderful clean food.

Great blog! I'm going to share that quote with my kids.

Um... I'm still not wearing my swimsuit in public!(After putting ON weight this summer.) But the stronger and fitter I get, even tho not thin by any means, the easier it is to think of wearing whatever I want--including summer clothes! We definitely DESERVE a healthy happy life. It's worth working for!!

Thanks for being so inspiring! emoticon
