Week one down! The good, the bad, and the snotty.

Week one is complete. I thought I would take the time in this blog to highlight the good and bad of this week.
The evil scale says I am down 2.4 pounds this week. I am not relying too heavily on this, but it is still nice to see.
I stayed on plan every day, with the exception of a bite of hubby's birthday cake yesterday. I am grateful I stopped at a bite!
I got in every workout.
I need to drink more water every day. I did well on MOST days. I need to do better with water EVERY day.
I could be more active, but my body is adjusting.
I am catching a cold. I was feeling run down on Saturday and Sunday, by Monday, my head hurt and my nose is running like a faucet. My chest is a little tight too, and being that I have asthma, I just have to be extra careful. I have taken a ton of vitamin C in addition to my multivitamin. I am thinking that all this change to my body has left me a bit susceptible to getting sick. I will get over it...
So in summary, a pretty good week. I do ok with eating as long as the food is readily available. Batch cooking is the key for me to be successful. Well, that, and eating every 3 hours.
