Back to healthy eating tomorrow

Well, my long weekend didn't go so well in terms of eating healthily. I think the main problem was that I didn't eat good food regularly enough, and so I got hungry & run down enough to believe my justifications that some chocolate (not the healthy kind) wouldn't hurt because, after all, I missed lunch, or that the corn chips were a good idea...
Etc. etc. Sigh. Also, there was a bit of boredom involved, and the stress of my mom being in the hospital. There's the worry about mom, not to mention that I find visiting at the hospital quite stressful. Not a good combination, I guess, BUT ... I could have done things differently.
On the positive side, I DID get an hour of walking in today, which is good.
But I'd be feeling better now if I could look back on a weekend of healthy eating also. Oh well, upward and onward. :) I want to learn from this experience, and find better ways to keep on track next time.
Tomorrow is the start of a new week, and the start of the fall school year (I work at a university), so it's a great time to start out on the right foot again. I hope there are lots of other Sparkers with me -- We can do this!!! p.s. Any tips for staying on track during those hard times are appreciated. :)
