Well since we don't have a form yet i'll just start typing stuff up...

k here we go!

Right upper arm: 13"
Right lower arm: 9.25"
Boobs: 39.5"
Belly: 40"
Waist: 36.5"
Hips: 43"
Right thigh: 23"
Right calf: 14.25"

dang by the belly, waist, and hips measurements you can tell i've had kids lol

and now for the pics of the three main areas I want to improve during the next 8 weeks of pure awesomeness...

Not quite sure yet when we are supposed to post updates and what not, so at the minimum i plan on every 2 weeks.

    emoticon Keep going. You can do this. My DD is 21 & does the P90X work out, so she has "cut" arms. That work out is awesome. She's 5'9" and 145#. I tell her that no woman should waste her young years being fat, since we get old way to fast. For a woman "BEAUTY IS POWER." Just look at who is on the cover of magazines.
