5 Months Until the Half!

Only 5 months left. I'm so not ready for it. My official training program doesn't start for another 2 weeks, but I'm trying to get into the grove of a workout pattern. My program is weights Mondays and Wednesdays, and 30 minute runs Tuesday and Thursday. Then a long run on Saturdays, which the amount will vary. I wonder if I should try and do some cross training - maybe some classes or biking, or something on those Mondays and Wednesdays.

One thing though - I'll have to find a new gym. Once the office moves to a different location, I won't be going to my current gym - it just won't on my way to/from work. So I'll have to start researching new ones.

So today I did a weight workout and a run, just because I didn't get one in yesterday. And it was hard. I can run on flat ground, but give me any type of a hill and it's hard. I know I need to get back in the gym so I can do my lower body weight workout - I can't do that as well at home. That'll help to strengthen my knees and make it easier.
