Ripped in 30

I did the D1W1 in the Ripped in 30 workout from Jillian. I loved it! It didn't seem that hard (I didn't think it was as hard as the 30 Day Shred) but after I was done I felt it in my muscles. It still made me sweat, and I got winded, but made it through it! I hope to be able to do this all they way through!

I joined the BL challenge for the parents of infants group. Between my treadmill workouts, Jillian dvds and the last chance workout dvd I hope to kick some butt in this challenge. I just have to remember that I have to eat more for nursing. Heck with LCW I could do that the night before weigh ins just like on the show! lol

Cold weather today here...finally! Made for a good night of sleeping...hoping for the same tonight. We went outside today to wear off the pent up energy from the heat and humidity we have had and the boys did nothing but run for almost an hour straight! That should knock them out!

No big plans for the holiday weekend here. My hubbys away and I am not doing anything too crazy by myself with the three kids...I will play outside more tomorrow with them I am sure and find some more mommy time to exercise, I girl is getting kinda
