BLC-17 ~ Biggest Loser 12 Week Challenge begins 9/7
I am planning on using both of these challenges to get back on track and change the way I look and feel about myself. I have let myself slide over the summer and have gained close to 20 lbs, which is my highest weight since beginning my lifestyle change journey in December 2006.
Beginning Photo....planning on shaping up all over and adding some muscle tone as well.
Shirt - XL
Pants - 14/16
9/4 - Weight: 184 lbs
9/4 - BMI-30.7 (Obese)
9/4 - B-40 (in exercise bra)
9/4 - W-37
9/4 - H-44
9/4 - Thighs R-25, L-25
9/4 - Upper Arms R-12.5, L-12.5
9/4 - Neck-14
9/4 - Calf R-16, L-16
Now need to figure out my ST and Cardio Plans.
ST - could not get the SparkPeople Workout Generator to work.
Monday & Friday - Upper body workouts
Tuesday & Thursday - Lower body workouts
Wednesday & Saturday - Core workouts
Cardio - At least 30 minutes 5x per week; using workout dvd's, treadmill, exercise bike, and Wii workouts.

Pull-ups - could not do this one
