A good week for exercise!

I had a very busy week at work, but I made time for exercise, and the result was very positive. I made it to aerobics, pilates, and Zumba, and it helped me stay strong. I am going to remember that during the upcoming week too. I've finally realized how important---essential!!!---it is for me to make time for the gym, no matter what. It's worth going in early for, or leaving late. And if I can't make it to my favorite aerobics class, then I can substitute a different class. It's all good! I still haven't lost any new weight, but I am stronger and that's huge! And, once again, Spark People kept me on track, especially on Thurs. when I was so tired and I was thinking of bailing. Thank you!!!
Okay, it's Day 306 and life is good!
